How do you guys make your T-Shirts?

           We generally print on 100% cotton materials using Plastiscol-based inks. We like these for their durability and great color-mixing formulas, which let us make and match any color you want. Silkscreening is most effectively explained here on this Silkscreening Process page. 
 

Is there a minimum order? 

            Yes - for the silkscreen press, a minimum order of 12 is needed. We can do a handful of tees or a one-off using a heat transfer process of a heavy-duty vinyl transfer.

What brand of tees are you guys printing on? 

We can get many kinds! But our favorites are Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Anvil and American Apparel. All have their own unique styles and pricepoints. Contact us for more info about these brands and their different features and styles.  

What else do you print on?
We can print on Hoodies (both pullover and Zip-up), tote bags, bandanas, pillows - basically any textile that is 100% cotton and has an area big enough to print on. Contact us to see if what you have in mind can be printed!

What's the general turnaround time? 
Turnaround time on most orders is two calendar weeks from start of the order. Orders with American Apparel take three weeks because of longer shipping times.
